Being locally owned and operated, the management team at Universal Staffing is both interested and active in community issues. Their involvement and experience allows them contacts with top employers and employees. Our owner Carolyn Sames is actively involved in the placement process and welcome comments and concerns.

Placement Counselors

Our staff of recruiters has a combined experience of over 50 years in the staffing industry. With a unique insight to the area’s needs, resources and talent, they are considered experts in the placement industry. With strong customer service skills and professionalism, they are able to match the best applicant with the appropriate position.

Sales Department

Accounting Department

With an onsite accounting office any payroll or invoicing question is handled promptly. Our accounting department is available for incoming calls and willing to help.
